PROBLEM

Mongolian shoppers had no reliable way to buy from US retailers — no local payment rails, no consolidated shipping, no trust.

BUILD

Built the whole stack from scratch: catalog and ordering engine, multi-gateway payments, shipping API integrations, inventory management, and later AI chatbots and recommendations.

RESULT

Still operating and profitable 14 years on, with automated customer service handling the bulk of inbound support.
